用 途：適用長(zhǎng)度400mm以內(nèi)，一般強(qiáng)力車削加工。

Working Usage: Applicable for the length less than 400mm ordinary stong turning process

結(jié) 構(gòu)：採(cǎi)用雙列滾珠精密軸承，止推軸承，滾針軸承特殊設(shè)計(jì)製成。

Structure: Combination of double row precise ball bearing and thrust bearing and needle bearing

精準(zhǔn)度：0.002以內(nèi)

TIR: Less than 0.002mm

檢測(cè)頂尖的尖部跳動(dòng)精度時(shí)，必須在頂尖頂緊工件的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行打表。

另有同規(guī)格輕負(fù)荷（S型，無(wú)螺帽），可改善細(xì)長(zhǎng)工件易變形問(wèn)題

配件中的頂針子，型號(hào)有“A”的為加長(zhǎng)型頂針子。
軸向力據(jù)參考：尾座油壓壓力數(shù)據(jù)

Remarks
1,For the lubricating oil,SKF-LGMT2 is designated,others aren't allowed
2,if "A" is behind the center model name,it denotes a draw-off nut attached.
3,About radial force data, please refer to workpiece weight and machining force.
4,if "A" is behind the center interchangeable tip name,it denotes the tip is extended length.
5,About axial force data, please refer to the hydraulic pressure data of the tailstock.
6,For live centers, SKF lubricating oil is designated, it is waterproof.
